When can I expect my order to ship? Please allow at least one week before your order will ship! I am only able to make one trip a week to the post office. My item arrived broken or damaged, what can I do? When packaging orders, I make sure each item is safe, secure, and protected.  With that being said, I am not in control of how packages are handled during transit, and I cannot issue a refund for the item(s) damaged.
