When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow at least one week before your order will ship! I am only able to make one trip a week to the post office.
My item arrived broken or damaged, what can I do?
When packaging orders, I make sure each item is safe, secure, and protected. With that being said, I am not in control of how packages are handled during transit, and I cannot issue a refund for the item(s) damaged.
My clothing items don't fit. What can I do?
With the clothing items being hand-made, I'm unable to replace or refund items if they don't fit. I provide sizing charts to ensure the item will fit you, so please make sure to refer to these charts before purchasing your item(s).
I ordered a custom! How long can I expect before it's finished?
Please, allow at least 2-8 weeks for your item to be finished! Some custom orders take longer than others, so check the product description for a more narrowed down time frame! Feel free to contact me to check the status of your order, but please be patient with me!
